White Primed Room Dividers
We supply and deliver most of our white primed room divider doors within 48-72 hours anywhere in the UK.
Most of our lifestyle images show a pair of handles where the double doors are used, some handles are "unspung" and rely on the lock/latch mechanism to keep the lever part of the handle level, please do not attempt to fit any unsprung handle to the "slave" door at any time.
Products
Add a stylish touch of flexibility to your home with a sleek white primed room divider door system.
At Direct Doors, we know doors - and room dividers - and on this page we’ll help you choose the ideal system to suit your budget. All of our room dividers include the frames, which are supplied in kit form.
The doors can be installed to open towards or away from you, and to the left or right. You just need to set the hinges accordingly during installation to suit your own requirements.
And please be aware that we may use narrower doors, whether panelled or glazed, for some sizes of these products. This can result in narrower panels or glass than in the images shown. This is because the timber sections that make up the door’s construction remain the same size across the full range of door sizes.

With 30 years of experience in the industry, we know a good product when we see one.
The Easi-Frame range of room dividers is just that.
This new style of door & frame sets - available in a number of styles and sizes - offers a terrific option if you wish to separate an open plan area, but maintain the option to remove the partition when required.
The Easi-Frame doors and side screens are all supplied fully glazed. The frames are shipped in kit form, with a 3m lintel, which suits all the available sizes shown.
Note: Handles and hinges are sold separately. Browse our full range of Door Furniture here.
You can choose any door size that you wish, so long as the combined width of the frame, doors, and side screens does not exceed 3m. What’s more, all actual door heights must be no more than 1981mm in order to fit the frame’s dimensions, while the depth of the frame is 135mm.
Measuring and Fitting:
First, we must advise that if you’re not an experienced DIY enthusiast, you may wish to seek the assistance of a seasoned joiner to help you measure and fit your new room divider.
And please note: The DIY advice provided on our website is only a guideline for the installation of doors. We cannot accept liability for any mishap, injury or damage caused to you, your property or a third party while following this advice.
Our unrivalled experience in fitting internal door systems means we can advise on which doors in our product range can be cut, and by how much, in both height and width.

When measuring your room divider, ignore the current door size and follow the advice below.
Width: Measure each door between the frame at the top, the middle and the bottom.
Select a door that fits the widest size. This is because the widest size can be adjusted by you to suit the narrow area of any part of the opening without compromising the stability or affecting the look of the door.
Height: Measure from the carpet/floor covering to the underside of the timber lintol.
Thickness: Now and only now do you measure the door to find out how thick it is at present. With interior doors you may have to compromise and fit a slightly thinner door. This does not normally present any problems.
Note: Do not assume all interior doors in your house are the same size or thickness - check them all.
