Sliding Door Pelmet
Our Sliding door pelmets are designed to fit single and double sliding top mounted door tracks but not the permanently visible Antique Black Top Mounted, Face Mounted Strap, Modern / Vetroslide Stainless Steel type tracks or Full Pane Glass only type sliding doors.
Care must be taken when ordering as they are designed to be fitted to homes with architraves/facings surrounding the door frame, please ask our advice if there are no architraves or facings before purchasing.
Products
The materials we use are MDF white primed or oak veneered MDF.
Please be aware that the existing architraves in your home may not be compatible with these materials - the materials are not suitable for recessed or pocket sliding door.
Our Pelmets are cut to size upon receipt of order and cannot be cancelled afterwards, they are classed as a bespoke item created and manufactured by DirectDoors.com
Our pelmets are designed to hide any unsightly sliding door kit and provide a beautiful finish for your home.
Please do not arrange any tradesman until the goods have arrived, been checked over for damages and are suitable for installation as you intended, courier delays due to illness, traffic issues or product damages can also impact on your arrangements. Wood products will have a naturally occurring grain, this will vary regardless of veneer type, this is the beauty of wood. We cannot be held liable for any consequential costs should you arrange an early installation or whether the courier is delayed and lastly if the grain is wavy / straight and not to your liking.
